Improve your mobility and joint health using FRC principles
Service Description
Mobility sessions are structured to show clients how to acquire and/or maintain articular health and resilience. Unlike stretching, functional mobility addresses lingering issues from past injuries, painful joints/muscles and areas of weakness, as well as enhancing sports performance and ensuring articular longevity. Using a training system called Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®️), we teach the nervous system to control larger ranges of motion and then maintain strength and function in those new ranges. The Initial Mobility session is 45 minutes to discuss the area of concern and then teach the client the specific exercise and the method. The exercise is then repeated at home for the prescribed amount of time for the most efficient results. Follow-up Mobility sessions are available to explore more exercises and further improve strength and function. PACKAGE OPTIONS link
