It's about feeling balanced and strong; feeling capable and open to experiencing life and enjoying the gift of movement. ​Exercise is a great way to start taking care of yourself. It fulfills many pillars and ignites an overall healthier lifestyle. My mission is to guide you on your journey to strengthen and balance your body, mind and spirit. By fine-tuning basic bodyweight movements and rewiring weak movement patterns, clients move with a greater awareness and understanding of function. Mobility is incorporated into every session to maintain joint health and strengthen end ranges of motion. Mastering basic movements will enhance coordination, stability, balance and overall form.
